These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made with SDG Custom Designs Ltd.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before submitting payment or design details.

• SDG Custom Designs Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
   
• It is the customer’s responsibility to review these Terms before placing an order.
   
• By submitting an order through our website, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and fully understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.
   
• Discounts and promotional codes must be applied at checkout before payment. Once an order is placed, we cannot retrospectively apply discounts or offers.
   
• SDG Custom Designs Ltd reserves the right to amend prices, details, or promotions on the website at any time. All information shown is correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change.
   

• Orders are placed by completing the order form on our website and submitting payment at the time of submission.
   
• Once your order is received, our design team will review your instructions. If any clarification or additional information is required, we will contact you by email.
   
• You should receive a mock-up design preview within 7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays).
   
• All design communication and approvals will take place via the email address provided on your form. Please check your junk or spam folder in case our messages are filtered incorrectly.
   
• You may liaise directly with our team to request changes, add additional shirts or products, and confirm final details before approval.
   
• Customers are entitled to up to five rounds of design proofs. Additional rounds will not be granted, so please ensure all requested adjustments are included within these limits.
   
• For large team orders, a digital photo of the printed colour sample will be supplied before full production begins to confirm print accuracy.
   
• Once you have approved your final design, the order will progress to factory production.
   
• Delivery is typically within 30 working days from design approval.
   
• It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check all proofs — including spelling, names, logos, grammar, and layout. SDG does not offer a proofreading service.
   
• If an approved proof contains customer-supplied errors, SDG is not liable for any resulting costs or replacements. Any reprints will be charged in full.
   
• If an error occurs due to SDG’s production or printing process, we will replace the affected item(s) at no cost.
   

• Please note that all screens (PC, tablet, and mobile) display colours differently.
   
• Variations between screen and print are normal and expected due to differences between RGB (digital) and CMYK (print) colour modes.
   
• Minor variations in shade or tone are not classed as product faults. Only major colour discrepancies (for example, blue printing as black) will be eligible for replacement.
   
• When a customer approves both the digital mock-up and the photo of the printed proof, that approval confirms acceptance of the final colour outcome. SDG cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds or reprints for colour differences once both proofs have been approved.
   
• Colours may also vary slightly between different products or print runs due to variations in materials and machine calibration.
   
• All artwork, graphics, and designs remain the intellectual property of SDG Custom Designs Ltd and are protected by copyright law.
   
• Product availability is subject to change.
   

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order. SDG cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
   
• Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.
   
• In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, please note that Royal Mail considers a parcel missing only after 15 working days.
   
• SDG cannot accept liability for losses within the Royal Mail or courier network but will assist where possible to resolve issues promptly.
   
• Once dispatched, SDG cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or transit damage. Any issues must be reported immediately upon receipt.
   
• Estimated production and delivery times are displayed on each product page. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these timeframes.
   

5.1 Before Design Work Begins
If you wish to cancel your order before any design work has commenced, a full refund will be issued. Please contact us as soon as possible.

5.2 After Proof Creation
If design work has started but your order has not yet been printed, a refund minus £10 will be issued to cover design and setup time.

5.3 After Printing
Once an order has been approved and sent to print, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. All items are produced to order and tailored to your specifications.

• Once email proofs have been approved, SDG accepts no responsibility for spelling or layout errors that appear on the final print.
   
• If an error is caused by our printing or production process, we will replace the item(s) free of charge.
   
• We may request the faulty item be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement; this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
   
• All products are custom-made to order. By law, personalised or customised goods are non-refundable unless faulty.
   
• Any issues must be reported to SDG within 7 days of receipt.
   
• Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded once used or rendered unsuitable for resale.
   

• SDG Custom Designs Ltd respects your privacy and will never sell, rent, or exchange your personal data.
   
• Information provided at checkout is used solely for processing and fulfilling your order.
   
• If you wish to access, amend, or delete your stored data, please contact us directly.
   
• All SDG artwork and designs are protected by copyright and must not be reproduced, copied, resold, or used without written permission.
   

SDG Custom Designs Ltd’s total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
SDG is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including travel costs, event cancellations, or missed deadlines.

SDG Custom Designs Ltd shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to supply shortages, transport disruptions, industrial action, or acts of nature.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
