1. General
SDG Custom Designs Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions before placing an order. If you do not agree with any of these terms & conditions you should not place an order with us. By placing an order via our website you are confirming you are over the age of 18 and fully understand these terms & conditions.
Discounts must be applied at checkout before making payment, we cannot honour any discount/offer after your order has been placed.
SDG Custom Designs Ltd reserves the right to amend prices, details on the website and any offers/discounts without prior notice. The information provided on this website is subject to change in the future.
2. Order Process
Once your order is placed and paid for on our website, we will contact you within 24 hours (Mon - Fri. Excluding weekends & bank holidays) please check your junk/spam box as on the odd occasion our emails end up there.
Once we have made contact with you we will discuss with you your options going forward with your design and order. With your instructions we will then proceed to design your custom order (where applicable) and send you mock proofs for you to see and approve before the order is sent for production. You may have up to 3 changes from the original design / proofs free of charge. After then it is an additional £5 per edited/new proof requested by the customer.
Once approved your order will be sent for production within 1 working day.
Please make sure when sending us your details all information is accurate, it is the customers responsibility to thoroughly check the proof's layout, spelling, information and grammar (we are unable to provide a proof reading service). If design is approved by the customer with any errors and subsequently printed, SDG Custom Designs takes no responsibility and will not be liable for any resulting costs. Any replacements will be charged in full. It is therefore essential to check spelling and wording thoroughly before approving any order to be printed. However if the product you receive has a printing error that was caused by our printing process, we will gladly replace your order at no charge.
3. Colouring & Design
Please be aware that all PC/Mobile/Ipad screens are set up differently and this will result in some colour deviations from your devices to ours, some orders are printed in RGB and some are printed in a CMYK mode. All screens vary in colour so the colour on final prints can vary slightly. We will not be held responsible for any differences in colours from your screen to ours nor will we refund/compensate you should a colour difference occur unless it is a major difference (i.e Red but it printed Black). Different products are printed on different machines so there may be slight variations. This will not however affect the design or quality of the product.
All of our designs are protected by Copyright.
All products are subject to availability.
4. Postage and delivery times
You the customer are responsible for providing accurate postal information and we cannot accept responsibility for the lost of orders if you fail to provide the correct address when making payment.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.
Goods not received: Please note that Royal Mail do not consider a parcel missing until a period of at least two weeks has elapsed (15 days). We cannot accept liability for loss in the Royal Mail postal service. However we will do our best to resolve any problems and post replacements out to you ASAP.
Once your order has been dispatched SDG Custom Designs Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage to items and you should notify us immediately should there are any problems upon arrival and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
Delivery times vary for different products. Expected production times for every product will be shown on the website store for that particular item. It is down to you the customer to check delivery times of items before purchasing. By purchasing an item you are agreeing to the expected production / delivery time of that item.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancelling before your proof preview
If you would like to cancel your order after payment has been sent, please contact us as soon as possible. If no work has been started on your order then we will happily give you a full refund.
5.2 Cancelling after your proof preview
If you wish to cancel your order after we have designed and completed the setting of your order (i.e re-wording of the design, adding images and changes to colours or layout). Then we cannot offer a full refund. We will offer a refund minus £10 to cover any work already completed on your order.
5.3 Cancelling after printing
We are unable to offer a refund after your order has been approved and printed. All orders are printed to meet your requirements. Thus, cancellations will not be considered after you have given the OK to print your order.
6. Refund Policy
Once email proofs has been approved we do not accept responsibility of any typo or grammar errors on the final print. Please ensure you check all spelling before giving the go ahead for printing to commence.
Unfortunately, there are occasions when errors occur. If the product you receive has a printing error that was caused by our printing process, we will gladly replace your order at no charge. We may require you return the items back to us but this is on a case by case basis and we will inform you if a return is required. Replacement orders will be shipped to you by the same method as your original order. Please contact us with any problems.
All orders are personalised to individual customers requirements therefore we are not obliged by law to offer any refunds or replacements on personalised items unless the fault lies with us.
Any problems upon receiving an order must be reported to us within 1 week of receipt.
8. Data Protection
We do not sell or exchange any information about our customers. The information you provide us with is so we can process your order correctly with the details you give to us to use at checkout. We do not use or store your information for any other reason. If at any point you would like to access your details or amend/delete them please contact us.
All of our designs are exclusive to SDG Custom Designs Ltd and are covered by the copyright protection law. They may not be reproduced, copied, sold or used in any other way.
