You’ll receive the same professional design treatment that we provide to our sponsored pro players.
Our customer service team will liaise with you throughout the process, gathering your ideas and requirements, while our lead designer brings your vision to life and returns your first concepts for review.

Produced to the highest standard, they look and perform brilliantly from pub league to the PDC stage. Design Process
You’ll receive a 3D mock-up of your first design, followed by updated visuals for each revision.
You can make up to five rounds of changes to your original request.
We’re always reasonable, additional changes may be accepted at the designer’s discretion, depending on the scope of the request.
Adding, creating, or rectifying sponsor logos is included in the price, as is the creation of personal player logos if required.
The SDG logo can also be removed if preferred, at no additional cost.
Pricing and Payment
Our team shirt design and print service is priced based on the total quantity ordered:
- Up to 5 shirts: £39.99 each
- 6–9 shirts: £34.99 each
- 10 or more shirts: £30.00 each
Additional shirts ordered after the initial batch will be priced according to the same structure.
A £50 deposit is required to begin the design process. This deposit covers design time and will be deducted from your final invoice once your order is confirmed. Team shirt orders do not need to be paid in full upfront.
All prices include complete design work and finished, fully printed shirts with no hidden costs.
Design, Production & Delivery Times
Our custom shirt process is carefully managed to ensure the highest quality from start to finish. Design turnaround is typically quick, though during peak periods it can take up to 7 working days to complete your initial design concepts. Once your final design has been approved, the production and delivery process usually takes up to 6 weeks.
Please allow up to 8 weeks in total from design approval to delivery of your finished custom shirts in case of any delays. We always aim to complete and dispatch orders as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.
Payment Policy
A £50 deposit is required when submitting your team shirt design request form. This secures your place in our design queue and ensures our designers’ time is dedicated to genuine orders. The deposit will be deducted from your final invoice once your order is confirmed. You’ll be in contact with our customer service team throughout the process, ensuring a smooth, professional, and stress-free experience from start to finish.
