At SDG Custom Designs Ltd, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please read our returns policy below:

1. Notification of Return
   You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving it. This can be done by contacting us via email enquiries@sdgcustomdesigns.co.uk.
    
2. Returning the Item
   Once you have notified us of your intention to return, the item must be returned to us within 14 days. We will provide you with instructions for the return process.
    
3. Condition of Returned Items
   All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if the item shows any signs of use or damage.
    
4. Inspection Upon Receipt
   All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If any signs of use or damage are found, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the item.
    
5. Custom Items
   Please note that custom items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
    
6. Return Shipping
   Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returned items must be sent via recorded delivery and packed securely in the same or similar packaging as the original shipment to avoid damage during transit. Please return your items to the following address:

   Additionally, a printed copy of your order receipt must be included inside the return package. This helps us link the return to your account and process the return efficiently.
    
7. Postage and Return Costs
   Please note that original postage costs will not be refunded, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
    
8. Refund Process
   Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Payment will be made within 14 days of us receiving the return.
