These Additional Terms apply specifically to all academies, players, and associated members participating in the SDG Academy Pathway Programme (“the Programme”).
They should be read in conjunction with the main SDG Custom Designs Terms & Conditions.

• The Programme is open to officially recognised dart academies and their registered players, coaches, and associated staff.
   
• SDG Custom Designs (“SDG”) reserves the right to verify academy status before acceptance.
   
• SDG may suspend or withdraw Programme membership at any time if misuse, misrepresentation, or non-compliance is identified.
   
• Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply solely to the registered academy and its approved members.
   

• To qualify for the Programme, an academy’s initial order must include a minimum of 10 team shirts.
   
• The exclusive academy rate of £25 per shirt applies only when this minimum is met.
   
• Optional player names can be added for an additional £5 per shirt.
   
• All designs must be approved digitally before production. Once approved, any changes may incur additional charges.
   
• Mock-ups for items with added names are not supplied individually — only the main team design will be proofed.
   
• The SDG Academy Pathway logo must be printed on all approved academy shirts in one of the following positions:
   
  • Front (top left chest), or
     
  • Back (below the collar area).
    The logo must remain clear, unaltered, and proportionally sized according to SDG brand guidelines.
     

• Once an academy’s base design is approved, future re-orders can be placed quickly and easily using the online order form or academy re-order portal.
   
• Prices remain fixed at the current academy rate unless otherwise stated or adjusted due to supplier cost changes.
   
• Re-orders are subject to standard production and delivery times.
   

• Official academies receive an exclusive membership card providing discounts on SDG Custom Pro Range products for academy staff, members, and their families.
   
• Promotional materials or branding support may be provided at SDG’s discretion.
   
• SDG may feature selected academies and players in marketing or social media promotions, subject to approval.
   

• Colours viewed digitally are displayed in RGB and may appear different when printed in CMYK.
   
• Slight colour variations between digital mock-ups and final sublimated prints are normal and unavoidable due to print and fabric processes.
   
• By approving the final print proof, the customer confirms they understand and accept these differences.
   
• SDG cannot accept responsibility for colour discrepancies once approval is given.
   

• Standard delivery is within 10–15 working days of design approval and payment, but may vary depending on volume and production load.
   
• Express services may be available upon request at an additional charge.
   
• Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
   

• All designs remain the intellectual property of SDG Custom Designs Ltd, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• By joining the Programme, the academy agrees to comply with these Additional Terms and the main Terms & Conditions available on the SDG website.
   
• SDG reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Programme at any time.
