These Additional Terms apply specifically to all academies, players, and associated members participating in the SDG Academy Pathway Programme (“the Programme”).
They should be read in conjunction with the main SDG Custom Designs Terms & Conditions.

The Programme is open to officially recognised dart academies and their registered players, coaches, and associated staff.

SDG Custom Designs (“SDG”) reserves the right to verify academy status before acceptance.

SDG may suspend or withdraw Programme membership at any time if misuse, misrepresentation, or non-compliance is identified.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply solely to the registered academy and its approved members.

To qualify for the Programme, an academy’s initial order must include a minimum of 10 team shirts.

The exclusive academy rate of £25 per shirt (plus postage) applies only to official academy shirts ordered through the Programme.

Player names can be added to academy shirts for an additional £5 per shirt. This option is available when completing the online order form.

This rate remains fixed for all future re-orders of the same approved design; however, no further discounts apply to these items.

Any design amendments, such as colour alterations, logo changes, or layout updates, will be treated as new designs and priced according to SDG’s Custom Pro Range pricing.

Approved academies, along with their registered players, coaches, and families, receive a 15% discount on all other Custom Pro Range products.

The discount applies to both academy-branded and personal custom designs, including shirts, cases, surrounds, towels, and hoodies.

The 15% discount does not apply to academy team shirts, team-related products, or custom dart flight orders.

Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or price-match campaigns unless specifically agreed by SDG.

All artwork, graphics, and designs created by SDG remain the intellectual property of SDG Custom Designs Ltd.

Academies are granted permission to use approved visuals for non-commercial promotional purposes, such as social media or internal advertising.

SDG reserves the right to use any Academy Pathway designs, photos, and visuals for its own marketing and promotional use, both online and offline.

Any unauthorised reproduction, resale, or alteration of SDG artwork or branding is strictly prohibited.

Full payment is required before production begins on all orders.

Postage costs are calculated at checkout or added to the final invoice where applicable.

All SDG products are made to order; estimated delivery times are confirmed once artwork is approved.

SDG accepts no liability for production or delivery delays caused by late approvals, incorrect details, or third-party courier issues.

Academies within the Programme are expected to uphold SDG’s professional image and represent the brand in a positive, respectful manner.

The SDG logo or branding must not be used in any misleading, altered, or defamatory way.

SDG reserves the right to remove any academy or individual from the Programme if conduct or misuse could reasonably be considered damaging to the brand.

SDG Custom Designs Ltd’s total liability for any claim arising from participation in the Programme shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.

SDG is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including event cancellations or travel costs.

SDG Custom Designs Ltd shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to supply shortages, transport disruptions, industrial action, or acts of nature.

These Additional Terms and all Programme-related activities are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

These Additional Terms may be updated at any time at SDG’s discretion. The latest version will always be published on our official website.

Participation in the Programme confirms acceptance of these terms.

All other SDG Custom Designs Terms & Conditions remain fully in effect.
