SDG Custom Designs has explored far and wide to find the best possible products and supplies to create all of our products and our custom dart shirts are no exception.
Being produced to the highest standard from start to finish our shirts will look great and perform to the highest standard whether playing in your local pub league or on the PDC stage.
We use a process called sublimation printing to print all of our clothing products. In short this means our designs are printed using sublimation inks and applied directly to the fabric using heat presses dying the fabric in the process. We use the highest quality dye and materials for the best and sharpest results possible.
The sections of the shirt are then cut and stitched together before being ironed and packed. Sublimation print will not wear or fade over time unlike some other printing methods which ensures the product stays looking as good as new no matter how many times it’s worn and washed. Our fabrics are lightweight and breathable allowing you play the sport we all love in comfort and style.
